I have a question on how to unambiguously identify physical drive under all of the windows os's (beginning with W95 and WinNT4). I think the key (at least under NT series) is drive
signature which could be retieved by many calls to
QueryDosDevice, searching strings containing
#STORAGE#Volume... Is there a faster way to do this under
NT and how to do this on W9x ?
