When i download htmlhelp.exe from microsoft and try to run it, I get the EULA, and then it asks me if id like to install HTML help workshop1.3 setup now. I click yes, and the program just closes, no install no error messages, nothing. anyone got a clue what the **** is going on? Im running windows 2000.
