Is there a software which can read source code and generate a code flow chart.

its called SourceCode2FlowChart .. and you could get it from www.fatesoft.com

Saw it! It is a demo! And expands the flow chart to not more than two levels...

I found a equally bad list at...

May be you might find some thing useful...

I have downloaded two, trying them. If I find it worth, I will post again...
