At the request of a number of people, I've added this new forum to focus on database topics. Note that ADO.NET and XML have forums of their own. This forum covers everything else. This would include working with flat files as well as SQL, mySQL, SQLServer, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MSDE, Cache, and any other database "things".

When posting it is helpfull to the responder if you will give the DB Type, DB Version and OS Platform.

Also, be as descriptive as possible and try to give examples, structure information and hoped for output.
