Hi, I am currently looking at maybe writing a book on enterprise development, am looking how to angle the book so that it would be useful as possible. The most important facet of software development is team work.

You should put a whole chapter on different personality types, personality clashes and relationship problems.

That's the most common problem (although not necessarely specific to software developement) and the one that has to be dealt with first and foremost.

Rest are details. In my opinion.
