I'm looking for someone that knows Microsoft .Net inside & out. This person has to know/have all these key areas down: 1) able to lead 3 technical teams 2) an expert with .Net architecting and windows architecting 3) must know all the products and coding (new .Net languages) that make up .Net 4) Finally, this person must know all the major severs.
I just talked to Microsoft yesterday and basically in a nutshell they're looking for someone that lives and breaths .Net. Again, they're looking for someone that can demonstrate a through understanding of Microsoft .Net architecting and web services.
