This some my point of view for process organization.
There are so many different views, ideas, suggestions... May be we must set some group of coordinators, which will be set official ideas. This means everyone can post his own oppinion for some aspect, then we all discuss it, and then this group make it like official idea. Something like RFC-documents for Internat.
Does anyone understand what I mean?
