Real-Time Chart with VB.NET

Does any Guru think he/She can help me with my problem?

I'm trying to build a real-time chart in VB.NET. Any ideas how to go about that?

With real-time chart do you mean a chart that updates as you change values or is it supposed to be connected to data that automaticly update?
