Now, this ain't any post on child paedophile or anything. Sorry.
I had suggest you do some searches on Google and Yahoo to search for your darkest and wildest fantasies.
These are darn great search engines, and that's a fact.
If anyone wants a static, cartoon/text/abstract/symbol kind of avatar, feel free to PM/e-mail me and tell me in details what you want.
Codeguru would be a neater and cooler place if everyone has a cute and clear avatar. And it's an art, just like programming. :)
For example : Platinum Plus's previous avatar of Brain.(done by me)
It's so darn cool, but because of copyright infringments, he has removed it away.
And Brad's avatar is darn cool too : the Codeguru logo itself!
In addition, look at my avatar : nice, handsome, high-quality(anti-aliased and non-pixellated/no distortion). :D
The tool I'm using is Adobe PhotoShop 6.0(the latest is Version 7.0++, but 6.0 is more than enough to churn out the best avatars)
Shadowed, embossed, inner/outer bevels and texture coloring effects are all possible.
The cost? Pay me US$700 for each pixel in the avatar.
No no.....seriously, it's free.
I can't be coding all the time, and I need to use PhotoShop once in a while or I'll become a dummy. :)
Besides, some of the folks here(the regular ones) don't have any avatars, and we need avatars to liven up the site.
This will increase the overall atmosphere at Codeguru and make it even more personal than CodeProject. :)
Plus, I wanna give something back to Codeguru for helping me so darn much.
But again, I'm not a professional designer, so although high-quality is assured, I make no assurance about maximum creativity or shocking-effects. :)
If you really want a high-quality and beautiful avatar, mail me and gimme the following details(I don't do photo-avatars, but you can send me your photo and I'll use PhotoShop to resize it to mantain maximum quality).
Here's the typical form :
1) Kind of picture wanted(for example, HeartBreakKid can have a broken heart picture)
2) Background of avatar(white is the best, cos' it gives way for natural shadow effects)
3) Any special effects needed(choose from Inner Bevel, Outer Bevel, Emboss, Pillow Emboss, Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, gradients and basic texture fills)
4) General description of the avatar and the "personality" of the avatar

U're safe that way. Thanks to Platinum for his great idea. :)

Now, haven't you watch any mafia movies? Of course Yves is a terrible mafia ganglord : the boss of all bosses.
For a start, mafia bosses like Yves do nothing except sit back and relax, and smoke cigars in their offices.
It is small fries like me and SolarFalre who do the actual work for him. In other words, we're his henchmen.
That's why the real mafia boss, Yves M, doesn't get caught that easily, cos' they're the masterminds behind the dark scenes, directing the entire show. This is what is meant by a real mafia boss : they don't do the dirty work themselves. :D:)

First, the Russian mafia is getting into Australia for their activities. It has been widely known for that.
My boss, the good Yves M, is planning to shift operations to 3 countries : Belgium, India and Singapore.
He says he's putting me in charge of Singapore, and Solar is in charge of India and Platinum will be situated in Belgium.
I'm currently trying to propose to my boss to include a new ccountry to shift our operations to, and that's New Zealand. I hope he'll put me in charge of there too.
And while most mafia gangs do prostitution, we don't. Our mafia buy toys and chocolate bars for kids with half our yearly revenue, and we try to stop other mafia gangs from doing prostitution.(our main cause for establishing it in the first place)
To fund our mafia, we traffick in drugs and illegal ammunition and sell them to anyone who wanna buy it, from a 6 year old boy to a crazy madman. Anyone who has the $$$.
And yes. Singapore has gangs(not triads or mafia), but although they're dangerous, they're not as dangerous as the mafia whatsoever.
Besides, the gang problem here is not as bad as in Japan, the US, Europe, and Australiasia.

I would like to illustrate my viewpoint on God with the lyrics of a cd I have from Clawfinger. I think this band has very good lyrics and illustrate my viewpoint in a way that I couldn't possibly express better.
Two Sides
There's nothing a god can give to me that I can't give to myself
I put my beliefs in the things I believe and a god can take care of himself
There's not enough love in the world for me to think about wasting my time
It's not that I don't believe at all but I don't need a heavenly sign
I can achieve the things I need without getting down on my knees
I can respect your religion but I don't want to pay your fees
I don't want to hear you talk about the things you think that I need
so don't help me back on my feet again until you can hear me plead
Just look in the holy book of crooks and tell me what you can find
All the rules and the regulations made to manipulate your mind
Don't pretend that you're blind just open your mind and study historical times
The bigger the loss the bigger the cost the bigger the cross and its crimes
I don't believe in a god that I need to worship
I don't believe that I need to get down on my knees
I don't believe that a voice from above can help me
I only believe in what I can see and the things that I can achieve
Whatever belief you belong to there's still always a reason to doubt
and there's always another opinion as to what life is all about
There's always a bigger dimension and a different point of view
so I don't want to try to change you that decision is up to you
Whatever your final choice is and however you choose to live
You'd better be happy for what you can get and happy for what you can give
There's only one thing to remember there is only one thing you can do
and that is to do unto others as you'd have others do unto you
Chorus
Two sides two sides to every story
two stories more makes four new ones to choose
Four sides four sides to every story
four stories more makes eight new ones to choose
Eight sides eight sides to every story
eight stories more now which one should you choose
now which one can you use
Chorus
By Clawfinger
They also illustrate perfectly how I think of myself. And the music is good too.
Biggest & the Best
Nobody is perfect but I'm pretty ****ing close
and I'm here to give you all a heavy heavenly dose
I think you'd better listen 'cos I know who you are
and I think that you should treat me like a superstar
because I'm more than just a human I'm a gift to all of you
and I'm here to make sure that my message gets through
I wonder if you're really all as dumb as you look
or are you smart enough to learn the rules in my book
I hope you understand that the knowledge I bring
puts me in the position of a god or a king
'cos I'm blessed with the gift of the magic touch
and I wouldn't say that I'm asking for to much
all you have to do is get down on your knees and pray
and I promise you the remedy is on its way
but you can never be like me so don't waste your time
because I reign supreme and my position is divine
What's wrong with being self possessed?
Nobody's satisfied with being second best
I've got the gift and I know that I'm blessed
and I've got to get it off my chest
I'm the biggest the best better than the rest, better than the rest
I'm the biggest the best better than the rest, better than the rest
I'm the biggest the best better than the rest, better than the rest
I'm the biggest the best better than the rest, better than the rest
I'm not afraid of competition 'cos I know that I'm the best
and you haven't got a chance to even pass my little test
Even if you wanted to you couldn't pay the price
there ain't no room for losers in my perfect paradise
'cos life is always based upon the weight of your success
so I'll make sure that I get the most and nothing less
If I love myself then everyone will love me to
and there's nothing you can do for me that I can't do
Chorus
So welcome to my kingdom and enjoy your little stay
Even if you can't afford it I'll still make you pay
so you'd better come and get it and enjoy it while you can
don't tell me that you're dumb enough to think I give a ****
I couldn't care less about what you achieve
and there's only one thing that you have to believe
the only thing important that you have to understand
is that no matter what you say it's still a god I really am
By Clawfinger
And a nice thing I found out they also have a song "Simon Says", but that's on a cd I don't have.
SIMON SAYS
You say destiny decided what was meant to be
I say I decide myself what's too become of me
Simon says there's not a chance we'll ever get along
and none of us say anything but we both think he's wrong
You say we can't choose the path of life we walk upon
I say I already know which path I'm walking on
Simon says to both of us we're not allowed to move
And none of us say anything but we both disapprove
Simon says
Simon says
Simon says
Simon says
Simon says
You say we can't change the world if it can't change itself
I say I can't change the world before I change myself
Simon says we're not allowed to change the world we see
And none of us say anything but we both disagree
Chorus
By Clawfinger
