Can i change my nik? For example, from alexey_1979 to aLLexXX.

start a new user profile (remove your cookie if you use one). It will erase your profile info like # posts, but many of us here would know that the expert advice of aLLexXX would be from the same source we all know and love, alexey_1979. I don't know any other way, but if its possible, more post will follow mine! See you soon aLLexXX.

That would depend on the policy of CG.

Some forum allows it; you just have to email the admin (in charge of that particular forum board) with a few alternate nicks (in case the one you want, is taken) and your password.

Some forums don't. And I have a feeling that CG do not do that as well. But Brad may do it, just for you. Who knows.

Same as BasicNet, in CG you can not change your nick automatically by using some form. I know it's not that difficult to do it on the database side, but that's up to Brad.

So send a nice private message (or email) to Brad asking if he could change your nick.
