I am creating an application where you can select a BMP from your hard drive, enter a wait time and then hit create dialog.
When you hit create dialog it should make a dialog box the size of the BMP that you selected with no borders, title bar or system menu and compile everything into an exe....
then when you run the exe it should display that bmp for the specified amount of time.
Is this even possible, if it is how would I go about doing it?
