Can someone help me?

How can a CD be burned with a few tracks and some programs as well?

Its called a "Mixed Mode CD" ... combining tracks of different types (usually CDs contain only tracks of one type .. mode1 / mode2 / cd audio ). Search google for "Mixed Mode CD" for detailed info.
