Is there some way to change default (and unpredictable)
behaviour of Win2000 Printer Spooler when there is no paper on
local printer? The message "Out of Paper" appears a long time
after paper is over, and sometimes it looks like spooler forgets to
show this message. My users are confused with this situation
and I want to get such message immidiately.
