display inbox

hi friends
i have design internal message(mail) service ,
when i want to see message for perticular person,
how to display 10 mails messages per page and
next 10 on click of next(just as we see inother web mail inbox).
i know pagesize property of record set but how to use it.
my database is access.
send me full code if u know
it is urgent
