Search www.amazon.com for "Windows CE" and you will get just three hits. "Programming Windows CE" by Douglas Boling, "eMbedded Visual Basic: Windows CE and Pocket PC Mobile Applications" by Cris Tacke, and "Pocket PC Game Programming: Using the Windows CE Game API" by Jonathan S. Harbour.
If you don't know windows programming at all, your best bet is to get a good Windows book and adapt it to WinCE. Basic programming techniques are the same. Then read MSDN for to find the differences.

Now that's what I call help. That will definitely help me.
While going through msdn I found articles giving reference to a Book by Chris Muench. The Title is "The Windows CE Technology Tutorial". Has anyone refered this book ? If yes than I would like to know about its usefullness ?

Nitin.:)

I've used "Programming Microsoft Windows CE Second Edition" frequently -- I can't really compare it to other books, but it serves me well enough, and if nothing else will often provide a hint on where to start looking with any given problem.
