Motorola v60t

Anyone know the programming specs about a Motorola V60t cell phone. I have one on the ATT wireless network and I want to start programming for it but i don't know anything about cell phone programming, other than hmm that sounds possible...I don't know specifically what the Embedded stuff is within VC++, I don't program in VC++.

I am a Java/C++/VB programmer, and haven't tried VC++...Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
