How to Connect to a Mobile(Cell) Phone????

I'm a newbie in this topic. But, i know a bit of mfc programming. I want to know the basic steps for how to connect to a mobile phone and how to program for mobile phones using VC++ or mfc ? Pls can anyone tell me where i can get good tutorials?

If it is a Windows CE enabled phone you can use MS Embedded tools.... Other wise look into bluetooth....
