Sending SMS

Hi

I have an application through which i can send SMS to mobile thruogh Simplewire.com.Simplewire won't support the mobile vendor,which i am using. I am staying in India, orissa. My vendor is reliance communications. Can u tell me vendors
like simplewire who will support reliance?
