I would like to offer a possible solution and it is to set up a software house in the Czech Republic (eventually in the Slovak Republic).
In the Czech Republic there is a lack of IT personnel, too. I have four years´ experience of leading a team of high-quality C++/Java programmers. In the period of one year I found and brought together more than fifty highly qualified programmers with university education. I can guarantee to find suitable premises and qualified personnel (project leaders, programmers, analysts, testers, documentors, …). I can offer to build up the infrastructure (net, servers, workstations, software, internet, telephones, …), to set up a company in the Czech and Slovak Republics considering the legal framework, financial aspects, training and further education of the staff. I have practical experience in carrying out the above mentioned tasks. As the 23rd company in the world and the first in the Czech Republic the company I worked for gained for its product developed by our team the certification -Windows 2000 Professional compatible, which certainly proves our quality.
For those interested I can explain and present the intercultural aspects and draw a map of the places suitable for opening new branches in the Czech Republic. I can prepare a time schedule for staff recruitment, financial plans of liquidity and investments.
