WTD Graphic Artist / Programmer

Our established software needs a make-over. The resources for our product include a large number of toolbar buttons, icons used in list and tree controls, and bitmaps used for wizards, etc. We need these resources to be
updated to give a modern look. There are also numerous splash screens, etc
which need changing.

If you have strong graphic abilities, and some knowledge of VC programming (to
