Pay: $100,000 - $120,000
Plus 20% incentive target

This position requires a deep understanding of the technical architectures/products used in delivering Web applications, an ability to effectively apply technical architecture/product knowledge to the design and development of architectures for the delivery of Performance Simulations, and an understanding of the needs of Simulations and the eLearning marketplace as a whole. Your background requires skills in the design, development, debugging and deploying systems that will support the development, execution, and operation of Performance Simulations over the web. You will be responsible for the analysis of architecture designs, development, and maintenance of Performance Architecture. You will develop applications that can meet the required scalability, reliability and performance goals, automate and support data migration, mining and reporting needs. This position requires a high proficiency in Java, EJB, JSP, Javascript, HTML and XML.
