TCP/IP guru needed

We have a network monitor program that gathers information about packet loss, jitter and latency in a network. The app is written at the POSIX layer and uses UDP to communicate in Windows platform. We need TCP/IP gurus to enhance the application. Deep knowledge of Winsock API and C/C++ is required. You can work remotely.

UDP, Data Grams, TCP/IP initially with MINUX (pre-Linux) since 1989. Many variations of UNIX, Windows since pre-2.0, every Window and UNIX operations system since early 1990s.

11 or so years experience on multi-platforms, multi-operating systems.
