preferr AciveX (no indispensable)
need to code 100% compatible with Win98, and no problems to licence

categorys:
1.- send mail per smtp (only need: submit and msg and cnfiguration) ($50US)
2.- Erase my program to program list (whith press alt-ctrl-del) ($50US)
3.- create short cut, automatically ($50US)

only pay to first code 100% functionaly to categorie, I send money to efective by Post or deposit to Bank, Western..., opcionally

send code in Zip file to mash@sipiti.com, and add yours data
I notify via E-Mail after 24hrs to recibe and testing the code.
