Explorer Crashes frequently

Environment: win 2K Advanved Server SP2
Hi
I am using the machine as FTP and Print Server basically. I am lately facing a problem with the explorer crashing frequently. The message says "Restart System" which does not help. I have to run "explorer" again from task manager if i do not want to reboot.
The problem occurs more while copy/paste of files. And I think this problem has started after installing SP2.
Any suggestions?

Re-install SP2. Then go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Install all critical and recommended updates.
