Network stuff bindings refresh

I install network cards drivers and some services automatically for specific PC configuration. Some of them may not work properly if Binding was not performed. Bindings refersh may be called by selecting network props and the tab Bindings.
Is there a means to force the system (WinNT4) to update bindings without this manipulations? (sending a command, message or something like this)??
