Hi Everyone!
I met a problem when I want to start a service from [my computer]->[control panel]->[service],
the [services] tried to start the service at first, but after 15 minutes, a error message box was displayed,
it was [Error 2140: WindowsNT inner error occured]
Does anyone can tell me what's the meaning of Error 2140, where & how can I get the reference of those
error message?
