Hi experts,
I'm working on an Uyghur Software project regarding windows 2000 and needed some information about building and editing Uyghur[Uighur] fonts (Uyghur fonts are looks like arabic fonts). Could you tell me what kind of software can edit Windows 2000's Truetype and OpenType fonts?
