I would like to know how I can convert a RTF file to HTML one with out losing any formatting. Is there any converters (OCX/DLL) available.

When writing an e- mail application this is a must. And nowhere on the web has something on this.

Look for ActiveConverter 1.1 from www.askarya.com or from www.download.com
It can convert documents of many formats including RTF, TXT, DOC< HTML to one another.
