How To Recover Corrupted Excel File

Hi,
Sometimes I have Excel files which are corrupted and cannot be opened using MS Excel. However they can be viewed by "Quick View" (right click on the file from explorer and select Quick View) without any problem.
Does anyone know how to recover those files.
