Object Sizer Control

Object Sizer control allows Visual Basic developers to provide end-users with a design environment similar to the one used when designing forms in Visual Basic. The end-user can size and move controls at run time; define boundary areas, control sizing, and movement of other controls; and configure Size handles, including color, visibility, size, enabled, Tool Tip Text. Also supports frames/contained controls and scalemodes.
