A developer friend of mine referred me to CodeGuru and I do not work in HR or recruiting. I manage Network Engineering and Customer Support for pre-release products. I work for a Pre IPO company in Sunnyvale that is looking for C++ and Java Developers. We are looking for people with 4-6 Years experience and a degree. We are expecting to go IPO in Q1 2001.
