Need help to search proxy server running on net

hi guys,

I am working on SMTP protocol and need to know the runnign SMTP Proxy Server around internet so my program can use it. it is urgent.

An excellent Library is available called the Ip helper library, the dll is iphlpapi.dll, u can find good documentation for it in the msdn
it has functions that will render all info abt the network,informatoin that u won't even dream exsisted !!1
