can anyone direct me to documented comprehensive evidence that windows98 is not unicode compliant. As we are aware win95 uses MBCS and winNT uses UNICODE by default but after searching a lot I am still unable to find any conclusive documented matter which states that Windows 98 is non-unicode compliant.
