Hi,
i want to know the caracteristics of an alpha version of a software versus a beta version.
1 is a version alpha supplements at the functional level?
2 what can make a customer with a version alpha (test the interfaces?,test the functionalities?,...)
3 same question for a version beta.
4 After beta version, would be necessary before the final release, a " first candidate " (debugged, complete at the functional level, and used for the last tests before delivering the product to the customer?
5 is a prototype a product as such, with specific requirements, or a preliminary version of a product (before the version alpha)?
thanks in advance.
