im using lotus notes 5.0.2b version and, notes client and here's my problem.......
1)when i run my "report" (just a form, i did not use crystal report), this error message appears "Field dreceived;Entry not found in index or view's index not built". The dreceived field is not empty and i used DBColumn to populate the field.
2)as i've said, i populate the fields using DBColumn. i set that the field allows multiple values and the separator is a blank line. this is the problem:

12345 ABC Corporation 7-8-2001
12346 ABCDEFGHIJKL 7-9-2001
12347 Corporation 7-1-2001
ABB Corporation

you will notice that 12347 is not in line with ABB Corporation, bec. the previous name was long.how can i do it in such a way that all details pertaining to one transaction is in line with each other?
