Actualy we want to implementing an ecrm .. and i want to have some information about OLAP.. what is this and how can we implement it... how can anybody implement it on SQL server..

You can implement this tech on a SQL Server. For more indepth help look up OLAP in excel 2000. You can connect to stored procedures and or databases on your server thru Excel.
