Converting a Database

Can anyone provide me any practical experience based information regarding the conversion of a small Access database to run on a SQL Server, and then more importantly, the conversion from the SQL server Back to the access database.

Is there any problem with the conversion, do any fields get messed up, can I rely on all the relationships staying the same?
