Debug information

Do U know a method to modificate in-fly the variables`s debug info during debugging, it means for example multiplicate this value by 3.14 and display in yellow tip this modificated value. I imagine sth like this: GUI with edit for predefined operation on the variables of defined type i.e long.
What do U think about it?
