Package and deployment wizard of VB

Hi, I got a problem in using the Package and Deployment wizard. The .reg file can be registered , but not be un-installed. I had checked the MSDN: the Package and deployment wizard can not do that. so they did not suggest to use that. My problem is what else can I do if I need the register can be deleted when un-installed. thanks for any help.....
