Form Design

I am designing a program in VB that has three forms. In those three forms I am planning to change the back colors of the forms. What colors look professional? I think pink or yellow are bad choices. Any help would be appreciated.

IMHO the most professional thing is to mirror the user's own choice...so that your program looks and behaves like other applications on their desktop.
To do this, don't change the colour from System|Button Face
