Hello, codegurus around the world.

This is a question to VC++ programmer with H1-visa in USA.

Now, I try to find a full time VC++ programmer job, and I got a couple of interviews. The people of human resource and interviewer
told me that I would get another call to take the interview, but
I didn't get it after I told my expected salary.

I guess that the some manager disagreed with my hiring since the company must pay 30% margin of my anual payroll to the recruiter or another reasons if I use the recruiter.

So, I'm wondering what is the suitable salary of VC++ programmer
needed H1-visa sponsor or support in USA?
To be sure, this depends on the working experience, GPA, and so on.

For example, someone just graduated from IS of MBA with two years
part time VC++ programmer experience, and need H1-visa support or sponsor.

I guess that $50K - $55K is a kind of considerable price?
But, if some international student needs H1-visa support, the company potentially consider that it make the salary discount like $40 - $45?

In fact, if I misunderstand this, I can't get a VC++ programmer job
in USA for ever.

Last, even though some company is interested in me, it told me that
it can't support H1-visa after I told it that I needed H1-visa.

Thank you in advance.
