Sorry sure in english: Use Dlls with the same name and different versions

Hallo, can someone tell me how does WinNT two Dlls handle with the same name and different versions.

p.e.:
MyDLL.dll Date: 10.07.2000
and
MyDLL.dll Date: 20.07.2000

Would the OS load both files or only one of them ?
