Unicode and UTF-8 Files

How do u indentify whether a given file is Unicode or UTF-8 .I need help on this

UTF-8 is just a specific type of encoding within the Unicode family. In other words, a UTF-8 file is itself a Unicode file. Check out this site for a lot of good info
