For the record, I am an embedded systems programmer working mostly with assembly language. Generally, I use C during software testing. All running in DOS platform.
I have been with Standard C++ for 3 years now and am fairly knowledgeable in OOAD as well as its paradigm. But, I can't get them to work since I am mostly working with an unstructured paradigm. Well, not unless if I could work on with embedded C++.
I am planning to move on with my career by shifting to a different specialization, business apps and, or web. I find UML as a very good tool for software development since I am into process innovation too. For a starter, what else do I need to know?
