What is wrong with the site update?

I have posted several articles 2.5 weeks ago. When one checks the latest updates link, one can see that there is app. 1-3 articles per day (with
many days skipped).

This is a great site and a great help for programmers. I hope that it will continue to serve us well as it has done in the past.

And? We have exactly 3 people working nights and weekends to maintain a site with over 2000 articles. The last two weeks the majority of our time has been spent fixing bugs with the search engine (fixed), forums (most of these problems have been fixed) and the comments section.

In addition, with only 3 people maintaining the entire VC site, I think you can do the math on what happens if just one of us gets sick or goes on vacation.
