TAPI 3 , help !!!!!

I want to use TAPI 3.x and i am trying to using it.
I make a application to answer a call , but i can't receive the digit the user press.
(because the application doesn't fire the TE_DIGITDETECTEVENT message )
I need a small code show this technique.
