does anyone know a good link for a good RAS tutorial, server and client wise

Look in the Platform SDK under "networking nad directory service" -> "Network Communication" -> "Remote Access Service"

"Remote Access Service ref" for client side stuff
"RAS server administration reference" for server side stuff
