I've written a TCP/IP client and a TCP/IP Server (using Win32 sockets) that are
communicating over a peer to peer ethernet connection. Both network cards
are 10/100 and are set to auto detect. The data transfer rate is very variable
(depending on packet size) when run with NT Service Pack 3, but is much faster and more consistent when using NT Service pack 5 !!! My customer wants SP3 to be
used - is there a fix I can download that gives the SP5 performance ????
