IHWEventHandler implementation

Hello!

I'm trying to use Auto Play feature under XP.

I made COM server implementing IHWEventHandler interface (my test app invoke this interface methods correctly) and made all nessesary changes to registry (i checked their correctness using standard handlers such as Folder, etc.), but system doesn't want use my server (when i choose handler from appearing menu nothing happens).

Could anybody suggest me something about this problem? Has anybody implemented Auto Play handler successfully?
