.net Installation

After what seems a successful installation, I reboot my
machine and start visual studio dot net and get the
following:
ERROR DETAILS:
An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW
exception filter.
AppName: devenve.exe
ModVer: 5.40.1116.2
AppVer: 7.0.9254.0
ModName: msitss.dll
OffSet 0002 bc 54

Can someone please direct me and tell me where I may find
a solution to this.
